Shawn was Born and raised in Boulder County Colorado. Shawn has been fortunate to work in many of the facets of the real estate industry, with sales procured through a large base of investor and consumer clientele, generated by Shawn’s heavily branded name on major network media outlets in the Colorado and Florida area markets. Thirty years ago, when Shawn first received his Real Estate license in Colorado, Shawn worked as the on-site sales manager for his father’s new home subdivision. During this time, Shawn was involved in all facets of the new construction sales for Ray Johnson who was a successful builder and developer in BoulderCounty Colorado. Shawn opened a
mortgage office and was one of the first to merge and form an Affiliated Business Relationship between Home Lending and a Real Estate company to maximize the benefit for the Buyers and Sellers to have a one stop shopping experience. As time went on Shawn built over 30 homes along the front range of Colorado and developed Land as his father did. In 2005 Shawn received an offer from a national lender to relocate to New York to manage a line of credit for a private label construction loan company where he learned the lending industry from loan origination to underwriting to final bulk loan packaging, which was sold on Wall Street. Now Shawn is able to share all the knowledge he has gained over the last thirty years helping Buyers and Sellers in all of their Real Estate transactions.
